Word of the day: 9 During that night, the Lord said to Gideon, “Get up, go down against the camp because I am going to give it into your hands. 10 If you are afraid to attack, go down to the field with your servant Purah. Judges 7:9-10 NIV
Has God given you instructions on what to do and then said that he is going to leave everything in your hands? How do you take that? Would you be afraid? Well, don’t be. God does not want us to be uncomfortable or confused by how he is planning for your success. By staying encouraged will be the reason you continue to trust in him. Certain things may come up that don’t go your way, it is unexpected, and that is understandable. Do not give in or give up because it is not going your route or unexpectedly made twists and turns. Stay faithful to him, and you will see things fall into place. For God to lead you where he needs to guide you, remind yourself that he removes things and people for that reason alone. Today and every day, stay the course.
Father, thank you for our fellowship. I pray today for uncertain situations for us. I pray we remember your love and wisdom. It is tough knowing we don’t know where we are going, but continuing to put our faith and courage to you can come a long way. Thank you for your love. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
